The modular VHF/FM TRansmitter family

TRANSRADIO VHF/FM transmitters cover the entire power range from 5W to 30kW.
The different power classes comprise common standard modules, which provide easy replacement, cost-efficient upgrade and low cost of maintenance. All units fit into 19” racks. Standalone low-power transmitters can be delivered in table-top racks. Low-power- and high-power transmitters systems are integrated in 2m racks. The flexible ventilation system of the TRANSRADIO transmitters allows individual adaptation to site specific conditions, e. g. inlet cooling air taken from the outside and warmed outlet air expelled into the building, external and internal ventilators and ducted air systems.

Power amplifier modules are hot-pluggable (applies to transmitters with 2 or more amplifiers)
Excellent long-term reliability due to low junction temperature (less than 90°C at 25°C air-temperature)
Protection against over-temperature ,VSWR deviations, over-voltage and over-current
Fully automatic unmanned operation even under extreme environmental conditions. Continuous full power operation up to a VSWR of 1:1.5. Above this threshold, service continues at reduced power
