Job description
TRANSRADIO is specialised in research, development and design of modern AM, VHF/FM and DRM broadcasting systems and is currently looking for Construction-/Project-engineers for national and international projects.

Requirements
Education and Experience
You must be a graduate in a relevant field and have at least 6 months experience, although this does not necessarily need to be in the field of broadcasting.
Technical Knowledge & Skill
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken in German, English and/or French) and persistence in problem solving
- Strong technical background of modern AM, VHF/FM and DRM broadcasting systems and antennas is advantageous
- Knowledge in radio frequency, medium voltage and low voltage switchgears, transformers, ventilation and air-conditioning systems is beneficial
- Ability to travel and to be prepared to work on the customer site
- International outlook and approach
- Highly motivated self starter with a “can-do” attitude
- Able to work with minimal direction but promotes an open flow of information
Responsibilities
- Material procurement and design of cable layout plans and engineering drawings
- Managing and monitoring of the performance of the installation teams
- Responsible for the specification of installation details at the customer premise
- Project management
- Technical contributor in the production of proposals in teamwork with the sales and development department for prospects/clients.
- Develop a strong understanding of each target client’s business, operations and industry trends
- To organise and manage the technical content prospect/client workshops
